I'm getting moderate-severe camber wear

I think you might have to adjust your toe as well. . .
or maybe toes.

Adjustable with some custom orthotics.

I run with the same shoe! huzzah for NB Minimus. If that's the green pair with the blue/purple "N" then the exact same pair.
Mine are killed on the front-end to mid; I come down on my the balls.

Thank you for that!

Yessir, green (though I'd call it yellow) with the purple /blue N. Weird thing is I midfoot strike, but I must drag my heel slightly at the end of each stride of something.

From the extra wear in the centers of your shoes, it looks like they might be a little over-inflated. Drop the pressure a few PSI and see if the wear evens out.

I don't know if they can take any more low

it looks like your rolling your feet in. Do you have flat feet?
If so i recommend Brooks running shoes. They are a touch pricey, but are the freaking best for flat feet, even rolling your feet back over.

No flat feet here, and it doesn't look like Brooks makes any minimalist shoes? After a few thousand miles on super thin soled kicks I'll never go back.

My shoes always end up like this. Of course now I have had knee surgery so my walking is even worse..

I'd think it'd be less in the feet, more in the knees/hips. Ever had your stride checked out?
I didn't know there were any other runners here on Oppo. My wife and I are getting ready for a half marathon in June. Fun stuff.

Nope never had any kind of analysis. I've been running about 25 miles/week for 5 years without any injuries, and I just did my first 15K at a 6:30 min/mile pace. I don't know how much "correction" I really would want at this point (don't want to alter my stride only to get hurt by forcing my body away from it's natural geometry). The only real problem I face is replacing shoes every 4-6 months due to similar wear, and I usually keep them until I can almost see my feet through the soles.
Good luck on your half marathon!

With that much mileage, I'm not too surprised at the amount of wear you're seeing. I hear about wearing things until you can see your feet through them. I'm the same way, and I think it drives my wife a bit crazy.
That's also really quite a good pace. I did a 4 mile road race this past Saturday and my pace was only 8 minutes/mile, but that was still good enough to get me something like 4th in my category, and 35th overall. So, kudos to you!

Funny thing is back in high school I was a sprinter/jumper on the and absolutely hated (HATED!) any kind of distance running. Used to be the guy who dreaded doing the 1 mile in gym class.
